Terry Lynn Craig-Hyde, age 49, 3762 W. Old Road 30, Lot #618, Warsaw, Indiana, died on September 15, 2015 at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, Indiana at 10:38 p.m.

She was born on December 31, 1965 in Dover, Ohio to Herbert M. and Emma J (Perkins) Blankenship.  She attended Carrolton High School in Ohio where she lived for the first part of her life.  She lived in Akron for several years and has lived in Warsaw for the past five years.

Terry married John E. Craig, Sr. who passed away and then had a companion, Christian Baga for 22 years to whom she was later departed.  She recently married David L. Hyde on August 23, 2014 in Warsaw, Indiana.

She worked at RR Donnelley in Warsaw, Indiana as a material handler for 16 years.

Surviving Terry is her husband: David L. Hyde of Warsaw; (3) sons: John E. Craig, Jr. (spouse Amy) Craig of Akron, Christopher G. Baga (girlfriend Courtney) of Akron, Shawn M. Baga (girlfriend Autumn) of Warsaw; (2) brothers: Herb and Matt Blankenship, both from Ohio; (2) sisters; Mary R. Blandenship of Mentone and Nancy S. (spouse Tony) Aaryo of Akron; mother: Emma J. Blankenship of Kilgore, Ohio; (9) grandchildren

Preceding Terry in death is her father: Herbert Blankenship, sister: Tammy Blankenship and first husband: John E. Craig, Sr.

Visitation and viewing will be Sunday, September 20, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Earl-Love Funeral Home, 811 E. Rochester Street, Akron, Indiana.

Funeral Services will be at 4:00 following visitation at the funeral home officiated by Pastor Jeff Sumner of Olive Branch Church of God.
