Ryan J. "RJ" Cox

Ryan Jacob “RJ” Cox, age 3, 812 E. Rochester St., Akron died at 8:43 p.m. Wednesday at Riley Hospital for children in Indianapolis.

He was born April 5, 2006 in Warsaw to Donald Mark Cox and Sonia K. (Yates) Cox.  He lived in Akron all of his life.

He is survived by his parents; sister:  Shelby Cox of Akron and Shawna Whitt of Paintsville, Ky.; two brothers:  Aaron (girlfriend Aubrey) Cox of Fort Wayne, and Bryan Cox of Atwood; his grandparents:  Vernon and Helen Cox of Akron, and William and Judy Yates of Akron; great-grandmother, Laura Swihart of Akron.

Services will be Monday, July 20, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. at the Akron Church of God.

Visitation will Sunday, July 19, 2009 from 2-4:00 p.m. and 6-9:00 p.m. at the Akron Church of God.

Memorials can be made to Riley Hospital for Children Stem Cell Unit.

Arrangements are by Earl-Love Funeral Home, Akron.
