Milton L. Cox, age 82, Akron, died at 7:53 p.m. Friday, Jan. 25, 2013 at Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home, Fort Wayne.
He was born Jan. 19, 1931 in Fulton county, to Paul and Aletha (Clinker) Cox. He was a lifelong Fulton county resident. Milton married Marita P. Clay on Feb. 1, 1952 in Huntington. He was a truck driver.
Survivors include his wife, Marita; four children: Deborah (spouse Bill) Ponko of Warsaw; Marcia Shotts of Indianapolis; Milton E. Cox of Silver Lake; and Aletha (spouse Jeff) Dobbins of Silver Lake; 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; one brother and several sisters.
As per Milton’s request, a private family memorial observance is planned.
Memorial contributions may be made to visiting Nurse and Hospice Home, 5910 Homestead Road, Fort Wayne.
