Dolores Jean Personett

Dolores Jean Personett, age 86 formally of Akron died on January 15, 2021 at her daughter’s residence in Marquette, Michigan at 11:45 a.m.

She was born on April 21, 1934 to Frank H. and Zella I. (Young) Bowman in North Manchester, Indiana.  Dolores went to school in Gilead, Indiana. She previously had seven children and was married to Joseph Dyer.  She then married Donald W. Personett in Akron, Indiana on August 12, 1995.  Dolores lived 30 years in the town of Akron coming from Traverse City, Michigan.

Dolores was a homemaker and collected dolls and teapots.  She also enjoyed working crossword puzzles.

Surviving Dolores are (4) sons: Jerry (spouse Sue) Seidner; Frank (spouse Diane) Dyer; Scott (spouse Laurie) Dyer; John (spouse Mary) Dyer; (2) daughters: Kathy (spouse Herman) Medina; Jeannie (spouse Richard) Howard; (10) grandchildren; (10) great-grandchildren; (4) great-great grandchildren; (1) sister: Betty (spouse Byron) Conrad.

Preceding Dolores in death is her husband Donald W. Personett and daughter Betsy Dyer.

There will not be any services and interment will be in the Gilead Cemetery, Gilead, Indiana.
