Destiny, age 9, 5428 N. 350 E., Rochester, Indiana, died on August 7, 2015 at 9:20 p.m. at Riley Hospital for Children, Indianapolis, Indiana.

She was born on April 26, 2006 to Tracey Smith and Rick Stough in South Bend, Indiana.  She had been a member of Deb's Dance Studio in Rochester, Taekwondo - Rochester Martial Arts and a member of #00423 Fulton County Girl Scouts.  She was ready to start 4th grade at Mentone Elementary School in Mentone, Indiana.

Surviving Destiny is her mother: Tracey Schaeffner and stepfather, Paul Allan Schaeffner of Rochester; father: Rick Stough of Rochester; brother: Dylan Loeschman; sister: Autumn Schaeffner; maternal grandparent: Robert M. Smith, Sr.; step-grandparents: Allan P. and Cindy Schaeffner; godmother: Penelope Wagley

Preceding Destiny in death is a brother: Dylan James Stough; maternal grandmother: Barbara Smith; paternal grandparents: Don and Carolyn Flanagan

Visitation will be Tuesday, August 11, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Earl-Love Funeral Home, 811 E. Rochester St., Akron, Indiana

Funeral Service will be Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Danny Honeycutt officiating.  Burial will be in the Rochester IOOF Cemetery, Rochester, Indiana
