David Allen Van Scoik

David Allen Van Scoik, age 56, died on August 23, 2024 at his residence in Leesburg, Indiana at 5:27 a.m.

He was born on September 13, 1967 in Goshen, Indiana.  His parents were Paul and Betty Jean (Barth) Van Scoik.  David lived most of his life in the Kosciusko County area.

David enjoyed grooming and showing horses all over the United States and Canada.  He also liked motorcycles.

Surviving David is a brother: Bud Van Scoik (companion Claudia Bailey) of Akron, IN and David’s companion Cathy Jefferies of Leesburg, IN.

Preceding David in death are his parents and two sisters: Kelly Barth and Suzan Elaine Van Scoik.

Cremation will take place with no services planned at this time.

The arrangements have been entrusted to Earl-Love Funeral Home, 811 E. Rochester St., Akron, Indiana
