Michael Owen Bennett, age 63 of Silver Lake (Disko), Indiana died on October 7, 2017 in Wabash County in his truck at 5:49 p.m.

He was born on April 23, 1954 in Damariscotta, Maine to Cyrus E. Bennett and Evelyn M. (Bosworth) Bennett.  He completed his schooling in 1972 at Lincoln High School in Maine. Michael married Araceli V. Paculba on August 30, 2014 in Bristol, Maine.  He has lived in Indiana for eleven years. 

Mike was his nickname and he was a self-employed truck driver.  He was a member of Manitou Moose Family Center in Rochester, Indiana.

Surviving Mike is his wife: Araceli V. Bennett of Silver Lake; (6) sons: Michael, Jr., Christopher, Jonathan, Lee, Brian, Joshua (all last names are Bennett); (2) daughters:  Katilin Bernaiche and Jessica Bennett; (2) sisters; (13) grandchildren: Ashley, Sierra, Hunter, Madison, Mia, Lance, Brady, Jon, Lilly, Logan, Allison, Riley and Skyler.

Cremation has taken place and there will be no services.
