About Us

Alan Earl is the managing partner and licensed funeral director. He graduated from Tippecanoe Valley High School in 1987, then attended Xavier University, Cincinnati, and graduated from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science. He served an apprenticeship at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw before obtaining his license in 1993. Alan has dedicated his career to serving Akron and Argos, our surrounding communities and the State of Indiana with his talent and commitment to help people. Alan currently serves on the Indiana Funeral Directors Association board as Vice-President.

Mike and Deanna Love are the sole owners and operators of the funeral home.

They both have lived their entire life in the Akron area and serve the community in many different ways. Their two sons live in Akron and assist in the funeral home services along with other local funeral attendants when needed.
